Citric acid (E330) is a weak organic acid. It is a natural preservative and is also used to add an acidic, or sour, taste to foods and soft drinks. In biochemistry, it is important as an intermediate in the citric acid cycle and therefore occurs in the metabolism of virtually all living things. It can also be used as an environmentally benign cleaning agent. Citric acid granular has two types: Citric Acid Monohydrate (Citric Acid Monohydrate E330, 8-40 mesh, 8-80 mesh, 8-16 mesh) and (Citric Acid Anhydrous 10-40 mesh, 12-40 mesh, 30-100 mesh, 40-100 mesh ) with different mesh size.
