Sodium cyclamate (E952) is a commonly used sweetener, its sweetness is 30 to 40 times that of sucrose/sugar. The sweetness of Sodium cyclamate appears slower, but lasts for a long time, and the sweetness is relatively pure. It can be used instead of sucrose or mixed with sucrose. Sodium cyclamate can also be mixed with saccharin to mask the bad taste of saccharin.
